Great week of training and got up to NH for some Grid action with Mutha and DogMan. We crossed off Tom, Field and Willey around 9 miles and 3,552 feet of elevation gain.
Totals for week:
34 miles of combined trail running and hiking
6700 feet of elevation gain this week not bad.

Carter Moriah Traverse
11/18/2011
Another Carter Moriah Traverse in the books, had a great day with Andy Gilbert and Dan Zucker. Little over 18 miles with close to 7k of vertical. Spent majority of the day in microspikes, trail conditions varied from some snow cover to patches of ice.

Other trips during the week included Tecumseh and Liberty. Roughly 30 miles of mountain hiking and over 12k of vert.
